1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sweet Road Zone. By accessing or using our website (sweetroadzone.online) or downloading and playing Sweet Road: Lollipop Match 3 (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or Game.

3. In-Game Currency (BS - Bonus Score)

Sweet Road: Lollipop Match 3 is free to download and play. The Game offers an optional in-game virtual currency called Bonus Score (BS) that can be used to purchase in-game items, boosters, extra moves, and other premium features.

Key terms regarding Bonus Score:

• No Real-World Value: BS has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to other players.
• New Player Bonus: New players receive 100 BS free upon starting the Game.
• Earning BS: Additional BS can be earned through gameplay achievements, daily rewards, special events, and the Fortune Wheel.
• Purchasing BS: Players may optionally purchase additional BS through in-app purchases using real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• No Guaranteed Outcomes: BS purchases do not guarantee game progression, level completion, or any specific results.
• Termination: If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you forfeit all BS and in-game items without compensation.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Some features of the Game may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Game and make any purchases.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The website, Game, or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
• Results obtained from using the website or Game will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SWEET ROAD ENTERTAINMENT, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR GAME, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the website or Game shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability, or (b) $100 USD.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the website or Game shall be instituted in a court of competent jurisdiction in Estonia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to the Game and Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or Game (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the website or Game.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the website and Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the website and Game will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sweet Road Entertainment regarding the use of the website and Game, superseding any prior agreements between you and us relating to your use of the website or Game.
